Since opening our first office in Corpus Christi in 1955, San Jacinto Title Services has expanded to cover the majority of South Texas markets. As of 2007, San Jacinto Title Services has 10 offices across South Texas and licensed title plants in the following counties:

Through our online order system, San Jacinto Express, we provide customers with convenient online access to any file they have escrowed with us. Customers can check file status, email their escrow officer, and review documents such as the title commitment, tax certificate, earnest money contract, survey, closing documents, and more. Under the ownership and leadership of E. Brent Bottom since 2002, San Jacinto Title Services diversified its operations to include Corpus Christi Court Services, TexasFile.com and Title TRAQ.
